OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA
Organic sulfur shipping fees, any import fees or tariffs, customs levies, brokerage fees, taxes, and VAT charges are the responsibility of the purchaser or the receiver. If there are added charges the purchaser will be billed — no exceptions. Quoted shipping prices are close estimates. Present product and literature pricing is listed at the Products & Price List. All prices are subject to change without notice. To date, no problems have been reported shipping to Ireland, Scotland, England, USA, Singapore, Thailand, Switzerland (large import fees), Australia, New Zealand, Poland, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Montenegro, or Israel. Of course import fees vary greatly. There is no shipping to Japan, Mexico, or South America. There are concerns regarding poor dependability of shipping, high tariff fees, and for Brazil the need for an import number by the receiver. International shipping by land (through Canada Post / International) is certainly the slowest — six to eight weeks — but usually less expensive and (usually) encounters the least in import fees. Always remember that governments are rather arbitrary. Fees and regulations change without notice.
Natural Health Organic Sulfur Products Ltd. is a registered company in Canada and operates with a Canadian import/export license. Federal regulations in Canada require that we charge appropriate provincial tax rates at time of purchase to shipments within Canada. Purchases shipped to a non-Canadian address are tax-free with the Canadian and provincial governments.
ABANDONMENT OR REFUSAL / NON-DELIVERY
If any shipment is refused by the purchaser or their agent/receiver and there is a cost incurred related to the refusal, or if there is an abandonment fee, or any return shipping, or refused import fees or VA Taxes that cost will be applied to the purchaser’s account, no exceptions.
COUNTRIES OTHER THAN CANADA
Send an email with the full and complete name and shipping address of the recipient, including postal codes, provinces, country, and an active telephone number for the recipient and include the amount of organic sulfur you wish to buy. We will return a detailed quote within 3 business days. From date of purchase, arrival at customs is usually within 8 – 9 business days.
(1) Due to shipping and administrative costs all purchases to countries outside OF CANADA AND THE USA must be at least 5 pounds. I.E. England, Europe, the far east. We will not process orders under five pounds.
(2) Orders to MEXICO, SOUTH AMERICA, SOME COUNTRIES IN THE CARIBBEAN, RUSSIA, CHINA, and JAPAN cannot be processed. Customs regulations OR shipping chaos make this impossible.
REFUNDS:
Natural Health Organic Sulfur Products Ltd. will refund the purchase price for organic sulfur or MAP formula minus a 15% admin-restocking fee for those packages/bottles that are returned sealed, in good condition, with the original label attached, and are un-opened and un-tampered-with. There is no refund for either out-bound or in-bound shipping charges including wire transfer or payment fees. There is no refund for opened packages of organic sulfur. There are NO REFUNDS for gel and liquid products: DMSO, Catalyst Altered Water concentrate, or skin gel products.
Return shipping for refunds MUST be postmarked within three months (90 days) of the original shipping date. Return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense. Beyond 90 days there is no refund. Don’t ask; we won’t beyond the 90 day limit. Ensure the returned product is reasonably, properly packed, still sealed. If it is damaged during return shipping there will be no refund.
